Turk girls take tough overtime loss to Lakewood

 

Sultan Turk senior #16 Jessica McCann charges the ball downfield in the Turks’ frustrating loss in overtime, 1 – 0, to Lakewood on Thursday evening. At the end of the rain-soaked second half the teams were tied 0 – 0. Minutes into overtime, Lakewood scored to end the game. Turk seniors Carley Nelson, Kalyn Ott and Jessica McCann were feted at the end of the game by their teammates, parents and schoolmates on Senior Night.
