Help for veterans Nov. 20 at WorkSource

Monroe WorkSource will be hosting a veterans’ service officer on Thursday, Nov. 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at 17150 W. Main Street (in the old Coast to Coast building).

If you are a veteran needing assistance with rent, utilities, food, etc., the veterans’ service officer can help track down personnel records, get your DD 214 and locate your military medical file; as well as direct you to veteran services provided in Snohomish County.

Qualifying veterans must have a general or honorable discharge and 180 days of active service or a full term of enlistment.

No appointment is necessary.
