Kodiaks take down Turks in non-conference play

Turk junior #21, forward Courtney Morris struggles for a shot against the barbed-wire blanket defense laid on by the Cascade Kodiaks in the Turks’ non-conference, 56 – 35 loss on Saturday afternoon at home. The Kodiaks played a fierce, full-court defense from the opening tipoff to hold the Turks to eight points in the first half. Morris had 8 points and 8 rebounds in the game, and senior Randi Tuggle added 9 points.
