In spite of win over A-M, Turks season shut down by Anacortes

The Turks did not take the lead until the fourth period. Penalty shots proved important to the Turks, shooting 82 percent from the line. The Turks advanced to the next round, playing Anacortes on Wednesday. Sultan held its own in the first half, but came undone in the third period, scoring only one basket and leading to their season-ending loss, 65 – 43, in the loser-out contest.
