Passport Day draws would-be travelers

The Bigham family of Monroe complete their passport applications at Monroe City Hall during “Passport Day in the USA 2013″ on Saturday, March 9. Dana, Katie and Chuck Bigham (left to right) have no immediate travel plans, but they hope they will soon. “I saw the notice on the city website,” said Chuck Bigham. “We hope the kids will study abroad and we can visit them.” The event was staffed by volunteering employees.
