Turks take 10-0 loss in season opener

 

 

Turk second baseman, #27 Sterling Shaw, tries for a play at second during the Turks’ 10-1 loss to the South Whidbey squad on Friday at the Sultan diamond. In a pre-game ceremony the Turks presented retiring Sultan High School principal Cal Johnson with a Turk varsity baseball cap and had him throw out the first pitch of the home season.
