Members of the East County Senior Center left at the crack of dawn this morning for a fun-filled, two-day excursion to Victoria, BC. The group will stay overnight at the Harbor Towers Hotel and Suites and fill their adventure time with trips to the highlights of Victoria such as afternoon tea at the Empress; the Royal BC Museum and the Butchart Gardens and a city tour.
If you missed this sweet deal don’t fret; another senior trip is coming up in May.
This year the annual Seniors on the Beach event will be the longest yet, from May 14-17. It will include a beautiful trip to the scenic Oregon Coast and lodging at the Shilo Inn at Seaside, Ore. Come and enjoy the beauty of Oregon’s rugged coast, or simply spend a restful (and fun-filled) four-day and three-night adventure; breakfasts and side trips will make this a magical getaway.
The night of your arrival you will dine at the Shilo Inn. Daily snacks and planned excursions are included in the price of $379 (double occupancy) or $519 for a single traveler.
Don’t forget to bring your camera!
