Sultan Mayor Carolyn Eslick has announced that business license fees for new businesses will be reduced.
The annual fee for a new business will be cut in half during their first year.
“This is a strong message to new entrepreneurs that the City of Sultan supports business,” said Mayor Eslick. “The first year in business is a tough one, and the city council recognizes that.”
The reduced fee became effective on April 11, 2013.
The City of Sultan uses the Department of Revenue to manage the business licenses for applications and renewals at www.dor.wa.gov .
