Tabitha House, a clothing and housewares bank for citizens in need, will be open on Tuesdays beginning March 4, from noon – 3 p.m. at the Sultan United Methodist Church, 212 Birch St. in Sultan.
Tabitha House has found it necessary to charge $1 per family per visit at Tabitha House. The funds are needed to defray the cost of garbage disposal for items left at the charity as “donations.”
Loaves & Fish, which serves a meal to citizens in need each Tuesday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Sultan United Methodist Church, will also reopen on March 4.
If you would like to donate clean, usable clothes or housewares to the Tabitha House, donations may be dropped off Mondays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and Tuesdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
