BID ADVERTISEMENT

Sealed bids will be received for a Track Loader until 10:00a.m. on 3-11-09, by the City Clerk, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered.

 Sealed bid proposals may be sent to:

806 W. Main St., Monroe WA. 98272.

Or hand delivered to the City Clerk prior to the opening. 

The bid opening will take place at City Hall, 806 W. Main St., Monroe, WA.

Detailed specifications may be examined and picked up, beginning 3-3-09, at the City of Monroe, 806 W. Main St., Monroe WA. 98272, telephone (360)794-6100

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, remove any item or items, waive technicalities, irregularities, or informalities and to accept any bid believed to be in the best interest of the City of Monroe.

No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hours set thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of 30 days.
