NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that, on Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., there will be a SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, in City Hall Council Chamber at 806 West Main Street, Monroe, WA.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

1. Consent Agenda: Authorize Mayor to Sign Revised Right-of-Way Purchase Offer with Shell for Chain Lake Road and Lewis Street at US 2 Widening Project.

2. Executive Session: North Kelsey Discussion Related to Pricing of Property as authorized by RCW 42.30.110(1)(c), and/or Potential Litigation in accordance with RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(C). Possible action after the Executive Session.

3. Executive Session: Potential Litigation in Accordance with RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)/Department of Corrections.

The meeting is open to the public, except for the Executive Session portion of the meeting.
