AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MONROE, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A SIX MONTH INTERIM AMENDMENT TO MMC 13.08.240 IN ORDER TO LIMIT THE CITY'S SEWER SERVICE AREA TO THE CITY LIMITS, THEREBY PROHIBITING SEWER EXTENSIONS BEYOND CITY LIMITS EXCEPT FOR PROPERTIES SERVED BY FAILING SEPTIC SYSTEMS OR ADJOINING COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND ESTABLISHING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE

NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING is hereby given for VARIANCE PERMIT VR200802. A public hearing is scheduled with the City of Monroe Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 806 West Main Street, Monroe, Washington on JUNE 26 at 2:00 p.m.
