NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held for Code Amendment ZCA 200805, amending MMC 18.10.140, Footnote 4, to clarify that critical area density transfers are permitted in the R4 zone, on TUESDAY, JULY 15, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. by the City of Monroe City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 806 West Main Street, Monroe, Washington.
