Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearing

NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING has been scheduled for Monroe Municipal Code Amendment to Chapter 10 - Vehicles and Traffic: Adopt WSDOT Access Permitting Standards for US 2 and SR 203 (ZCA 200802) on Monday, September 8, 2008 AT 7:00 P.M. by the City of Monroe Planning Commission in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 806 West Main Street, Monroe, Washington.

The City of Monroe is required to adopt access management permitting standards for state highways that meet or exceed Washington State Department of Transportation Standards.
Any interested person(s) may appear and voice approval/disapproval of the requested code amendment at the public hearing. Written comments must be received in original form prior to the public hearing. The file is available for review during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, at City Hall. The Planning Commission may take action at this hearing or may continue action on this application until a future date.
