Betty King, City Clerk Published: Jan. 22, 2008 CITY OF MONROE Monroe, Washington Community Development REVISED -NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF DRAFT SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (DSEIS) FOR DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN PURSUANT TO WAC 197-11-460 and 197-11-510, the City of Monroe hereby announces that on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) will be issued for the City of Monroe Downtown Master Plan and Design Guidelines. The three documents, DSEIS, Draft Downtown Monroe Master Plan, and Draft Design Guidelines, will be available for review on the city's webpage: www.ci.monroe.wa.us or for a fee, copies are available at the City of Monroe Community Development Department. The documents describe three alternative land use scenarios for the future development and redevelopment of Monroe's historic commercial area. This DSEIS is issued under WAC 197-11-455; a comment period of thirty (30) days is provided. All comments must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, February 22, 2008.
